Honoring the Temple Women’s Retreat

The third weekend retreat in the Healthy from the Inside Out Retreat Series will be held June 12-14th, 2026 at Journey to The Well in Grand Junction, MI.

While this is the third weekend retreat in the series, these retreats do not have to be taken sequentially. They are meant to flow seamlessly regardless of where you choose to start.  Honoring the Temple focuses on the way we view and care for our bodies.  To put it this way, our founder, Shantel Beck who has had 13 surgeries will care for her body much different than her daughter, Jordyn Brucken, who is 23 and has not yet had children. We were all created to honor our bodies, so what does it look like to find strength in your story?  You will explore activities that calm the sea of waves that rush through your body when our brains are triggered as well as healthy ways to nourish your mind and body.

Shantel created this retreat out of a heart to help women experience renewal– body, mind, and soul– through biblical teaching and story-centered care. Journey to The Well is about creating a sacred space to tend to the woman God created.

Through workshops, worship, activities, and space to reflect, you will leave with a new mindset toward caring for your whole self and practical tools you can put in place.
